An ambitious target for social value
We have a target to achieve 10% additional social impact equivalent to revenue by 2020. In order to achieve this, we have seen significant advances in the way we capture and record our activity.
This mechanism forms part of our approach to ‘People and Communities’ and aims to create a positive social impact and to focus our efforts.
The strategy defines and directs our opportunity to have a positive role in the communities in which we operate, which will in turn support our clients in the delivery of their ambitions and targets, and enable our workforce to truly represent and engage with the communities where they live and work.
