Since the event, Kier, City Wide Plumbing and Heating Services, JV-UK Security Ltd and Viewpoint Research have all committed to learning and development programmes, including:
- Supporting the development of skills and capacity of existing staff through apprenticeship training and work-based learning programmes for 18 individuals
- Providing two full-time apprenticeship vacancies, with potentially two more in the pipeline
- Giving an individual on a work programme some much needed work experience.
